UK Shipping Information 

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 working days, within the UK we use the Royal Mail postal service using a tracked service over 48hrs. You will receive confirmation of your order via the email you have provided us also tracking information you can follow via the link to the Royal Mail website

 

European / International shipping information

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 working days, Once it has been received by one of our shipping partners you will receive and email confirmation to the email you have provided us with tracking information, you will be able to track you parcel along its journey to you, This service aims to deliver orders between 5-7 days but in some instances can take longer

 

Customs Charges and Import Charges

For European and international customers, you will NOT be charged VAT by US on your order amount, you will NOT be charged IMPORT or CUSTOMS charges by US, Depending on your countries customs/import procedures you WILL need to pay customs and import/VAT charges in your country, these fees and amounts are NOT included in your Purchase from our store
